All the children in Priestley House from Nursery to Year Six are able to use the facilities of our Before and After School Club, free of charge, up till 5pm (official end of After School club). However, there is a charge of £10 per ½ hour or part thereof after 5pm.

Before school children can use the club from 8.00 a.m. onwards and after school the facility is available until 5.00 p.m.

In the morning all children from Nursery to Year 2 are supervised by Mrs K Dodgson, nursery assistant, in the Old Library. At 8.30 a.m. the children then go to their own classrooms and are placed in the care of their class teacher. In Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6) children are allowed into their classrooms from 8.00 a.m. onwards. These children also have the choice to go to Breakfast Club in the school dining room, where they are allowed toast and water or milk. They must, however, be back in their own classrooms at 8.30 a.m.

After school, from 3.30 – 4.05 p.m. both Key Stage One and Key Stage 2 children are supervised by a class teacher in an infant or junior classroom. At 4.05 p.m. all the children are then cared for in the Old Library (until 5.00 p.m.) by Mrs M Woolner, nursery assistant.
